Shipping
Every order is carefully prepared and inspected before dispatch. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. We ship worldwide using trusted international couriers, including DHL, UPS and FedEx.

Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and selected courier. Please note that delivery estimates do not include customs clearance delays.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and remain the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Address

Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, returns are accepted only on products that remain unused, unworn, unwashed, uncoloured and in their original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs.
Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs, customs duties and additional fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
